If a bag goes back

Sometimes the color reads different in daylight or the size is not the day you pictured. That is allowed.

How a return works

Purchases happen at our retail partner, so returns do too. Open the order page in the account where you bought the bag, choose the return option and follow the steps. Their standard return window and conditions for bags apply, and the exact terms are printed on the listing and in the order details.

The partner’s process generates the return label and names the drop-off options. Keep the bag unused with tags in place while a return is possible, condition rules are theirs to set and they do check.

Money coming back

Once the partner receives and checks the bag, the money goes back by their process to your original payment method. Timing is theirs and is stated in the order account, typically within days of the parcel arriving back.

Before you send it back

If the doubt is size or shape rather than a fault, the shape guide may save the round trip: often the right answer is the same color one shelf up or down.
