The celestina story

celestina is a small bag line with a stubborn idea: most people need one great bag more than they need twelve fine ones. So we make three silhouettes, a foldable slouchy hobo, a small retro crescent and a laptop-sized hobo tote, and we keep refining them instead of chasing seasons.

What we make

Every bag is soft vegan leather with a poly-cotton interior. Pebbled surfaces that wipe clean, zippers that run smooth, straps that adjust from shoulder to crossbody, and pockets placed where a hand actually reaches. Two of the three shapes fold flat for travel, which our shoppers mention in reviews more than anything else.

The colors are the ones we would carry ourselves: browns and black for every day, burgundies for the quiet flourish, beige and off-white for the warm months. Eleven colorways in total, each with its own page in this catalog.
