The short version: delivery is our retail partner’s department, and they are very good at it.

From button to doorstep

When you press the price button on a bag page, the live listing opens at our retail partner. You buy there, under their checkout, and their logistics network takes over: packing, carrier choice, delivery timing and every update along the way.

Delivery speed and cost depend on your address and the options your partner account offers, and both are shown clearly before you confirm the order. Whatever their page promises at checkout is the promise that holds, not anything we could print here.

Where to watch an order

The order page in the account where you bought the bag shows the live status, the carrier and the expected date. If a parcel misbehaves, the partner’s support tools on that same page resolve it fastest, they can see the parcel and we cannot.
